Best outdoor time: 6 AM – 10 AM. High of 100°F today — front-load ALL outdoor activity immediately. Heat becomes dangerous by mid-morning. Pools out at open. Heat protocol begins at 10 AM.

9–10 AM Full let-out · Huddle · Assign the shift
